Returns & Exchanges

We trust that you will love and cherish the women's tops, cardigans and other clothing you buy from our brand. That said, every once in a while something may go awry and you may wish to return or exchange. When it does, there are some rules.

When using a discount or coupon code, all sales are final and may not be returned for refund or exchange.

For retail customers only, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt for all full price items that have NOT BEEN WORN, WASHED or ALTERED in any way, and with ALL the original tags attached. Our policies on returns and other business affairs for wholesale customers are listed separately.

On returns or exchanges granted by us, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25%, at our sole discretion. This helps us recoup the cost of reinspecting, repressing returns and in part because we do offer free shipping.

We require a written return or exchange request via returns@cutcute.com or via fax to (213) 985-4292. Once an RA is issued, we will provide further instructions on how to return in accordance with our returns and exchanges policy.

We cannot issue a refund or credit for shipping costs except if we made a mistake in shipping you. Cut Cute Couture® will pay to ship any exchange granted on defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise provided that the damage was not caused once it left our warehouse (as determinded by us at our sole discretion).

All returns/exchanges must have a Return Authorization (RA) number issued in advance by Cut Cute Couture®. Any returns made without a valid RA number may be donated to charity without the issuance of any refund or credit.

Cut Cute Couture® uses a variety of innovative hand techniques to make our clothing. Each piece has a unique and organic quality that gives it its beauty. Variations in color, print etcetera are part of the intrinsic nature of each piece and are not considered defective.
