If for any reason you refuse to accept a shipment ("bounced box"), you remain responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes and/or customs charges incurred on the package for both the outgoing shipment and the return to us. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

For sales made using a discount or coupon code, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and may not be returned for refund or exchange. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or credit for shipping costs except if we made a mistake in shipping you. Cut Cute Couture will pay to ship any exchange granted on defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise provided that the damage was not caused once it left our warehouse (as determinded by us at our sole discretion).

Goods are generally, but not exclusively, made locally in the U.S.A. Where practical we use organic cotton, although content may include cotton/poly and other fabrications. Where possible, we use domestically based vendors to help us bring you beautiful, innovative women’s tops and sweaters.

Goods ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. For retail and wholesale customers, legal matters are governed by applicable laws in the State of California, County of Los Angeles. The 30 day return and exchange policy applies to retail customers only, and specifically excludes all wholesale customers. Other applicable terms & conditions governing returns and exchanges are also listed on this website.
