For discount sales, or for those made using a discount or coupon code, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and may not be returned for refund. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. In the less common case where we do charge shipping (since most customers get Free Shipping...), we cannot issue a refund or credit for shipping costs except if we made a mistake in shipping you. Cut Cute Couture will pay to ship any exchange granted on defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise provided that the damage was not caused once it left our warehouse (as determined by us at our sole discretion).
Occasionally, people change their minds and refuse to accept boxes they've purchased or don't make arrangements with the carrier to collect their shipment, which really isn't fair if you think about it. If for any reason a customer refuses to accept a shipment ("bounced box"), they remain responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes and/or customs charges incurred on the package for both the outbound and inbound trip. These amounts may be offset by us, at our sole discretion, from any merchandise refund that may be granted.
Goods ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. For retail and wholesale customers, applicable laws in the State of California, County of Los Angeles govern all dealings. The return and exchange policy listed on this site applies to retail customers only, and specifically excludes wholesale customers.
